Hi All
What is the difference between the data table OPDN1 and the basetype 22 in SAP as I have seen a couple of texts with these kind of setting and i have no clue, please enlighten me or point me in the right direction
Jilo
Hi Jilo,
Senthil is correct. There is no OPDN1 table but OPDN and PDN1 tables that refer to GRPO header and line tables. All links between different types of documents such as PO - GRPO are saved on their line tables. In your case, PDN1 will have basetype 22 to link to POR1 which refers to PO. You may find all those object types from SDK help.
Thanks,
Gordon

OPDN is related to the Goods receipt PO document. Ex: OPDN consists of Vendor code, vendor name and date (Header level fields).
PDN1 is the goods receipt PO u2013 row level item. Ex: PDN1 consists of item No, item description and Qty (Row level fields which is in the GRPO)
Base type and base ref is relates to base document for the particular GRPO. Base ref number is the purchase order document number (basetype: 22).
