Hi Hari,

In case you have created your own pricing reports using customizing function then you can make use of transaction V/LD to run this pricing report and the output of this report can be downloaded to excel.

Creation of pricing report can be found in the customizing under Sales and Distribution- Basic function- Pricing-Create pricing report. The t code is V/LA. You need to know which pricing table ( A***) you want to check the records from.

There is no need to go to SE11/SE16 or building your own query etc. This is a standard functionality provided by SAP.

Hi,

Identify your condition table number by using the T.Code "V/05".

Suppose your condition table numebr is 305.Make a note of that number.

Goto the T.Code "SE11/SE16".

Enter the table name as "A305(A followe by the numebr of your condition table)".

Enter your condition type.Execute.

Make a note of the "KNUMH".

Goto the table "KONP" and pass this "KNUMH".

Execute.

Click on Edit in the menu bar>Download>Spreadsheet.

Here you can download to the Excel sheet.

Krishna.

Hi

follow the blow steps

1. Find the table which u used in condition type's access sequence like 501, 502 or 503, put prefix as 'A' before this table. Then go to se16 give input table as A501 and get the condition record numbers. finally pass it to KONP table then system will give condition value or else You can create a SAP Quey aslo in SQVI transaction .
