Good day Chaps.
I have a issue that needs to be resolved ~ I need to upload 4 derived/child SAP Roles.
The Parent role has been successfull uploaded. The Parent Role and the Child Role does not have any Org. values maintained. As a result, the Mass Role Upload fails with error message -
No Org. Level details for derived roles: role not imported.
The Child Roles in the backend do not have any Org. Values maintained. Is there any way to bypass the error and upload these Child Roles?

Hi,
i solved this by using a "dummy" transaction with a org value in it.
You can derive the roles on the org level which comes up with it..

Hi Ulrich.
Thanks for the reply. Please send an example of how you would do this i.e. paste a sample of the Org. Level File
Thanks,
Mike

Hi Mike,
what kind of TA´s are in your role. Is it possible to integrate a "dummy" TA (without conflicting
your SOD)?
In my example I have CO TA´s bundled in a role:
Role: ZXXXX_O:CO_ORDERMANAGER_CRE - CO Order Manager Pflege
with
KO01 Create Internal Order ...
KO02 Change Order ...
KO04 Order Manager ...
KOK2 Collective Proc. Internal Orders ...
KOK4 Aut. Collect. Proc. Internal Orders
update this role with TA KO01 and KOKRS will be available for derivation.
Done this manually without import in ERM.

Hi Ulrich.
My client is in Lima, Peru. For audit purposes, I cannot change their roles. Any other thoughts?
Thanks

Hi Ulrich.
Here is a 'jippo' to resolve that issue ~
In your Org. Level File, add a (valid) Org Level, Value From and Value To. Somehow ERM needs an Org. Level and Values associated to upload the Derived Role. The best part is that the Org. Level and Values are NOT updated in ERM...
Crazy!!!
