Restrict Purchase Order item changes even Purchase Order approved

Dear All,

In our system some users are changing purchase order items even if purchase order approved by approval authority. They have ME22N authorization to change purchase order items before approved or audited.

Hello,

It is still possible to change a PO before and after approval, although change after previous approval can re-trigger the approval if you set this up.

The easiest option is to amend your authorisation settings, and restrict change of PO to certain users, or base it on certain conditions, plant, purchasing group etc.

Speak to your Basis guy, but restict change, activity 02, in the following auth obejcts:

M_BEST_EKG - Purchasing Group in Purchase Order

M_BEST_EKO - Purchasing Organization in Purchase Order

M_BEST_WRK - Plant in Purchase Order
