QGM transport issue

Hi Guru's

I have an issue where I have created a Tranport of Copies in QGM (solution manager), and then manually deleted the transport it created from the tranport source system ie DEV while the transport was still modifiable.. Now solution manager (QGM) still thinks the transport exists.

How can I clean that up ?

Regards

Tony

Thanks Luigi,

In the end we did the following

  • 1.Manually create a new transport in DEV that contains the same objects as DEVK921XXX which we were originally trying to create the TOC .
  • 2.Release the tasks associated with the new transport.
  • 3.Assign the new transport to the appropriate change in solution manager QGM.
  • 4.Create ToC from this new transport and continue as planned.

Thanks Luigi

I tried to delete the transport from Solution manager using that program, but I got a message that the transport does not exist. I then retreied a transport of copies from QGM and it generated andother error "Request DEVK922299 is unknown" .. so somehow it is still trying to use that request number .. any ideas ? .. DEVK922299 was the transport I had deleted from the DEV system manually earlier.

Thanks for any further assistance
