DTP delta load skipping old requests in PSA

Hello everyone,

i'm having some problem with a dtp delta which is run only manually from time to time.

The PSA for the extractor feeds different datatargets, these datatargets are updated daily with their corresponding DTPs, however one of these DSOs is updated manually once every few weeks.

The issue is that once the delta runs it doesn't fetch all the requests currently in PSA, to give you and idea of what it looks like here is the psa for the datasource:

As you can see there are several requ not update, on top of the missing data problem there is also a problem with data activation in the target DSO.

What could be causing this issue? If all the requests are in the PSA i'm expecting the dtp to load them all, despite how old they can be.
