Searching for Material list per Vendor/Manufacturer

Hi Gurus

Is there a way you can search for Materials per Vendor/Manufacturer.

I want to compose a list of materials per manufacturer which are low on stock so I order what is required in one order to save on delivery charge.

Hi Dean,

You can get the details about vendor and material by using report ME2L or you can create your own report by tables EINA & EINE through quick query!

2. Use Batch management, maintain a classification with characteristic- MCH1- LIFNR. When u do GRN batch is updated with vendor number. Add the vendor number & name in MB52, so u can get the stock of the materials per vendors.

Hi,

There is no standard transaction code to get the material list by the vendor, but ME1L transaction can provide the infromation. If you have access to database tables check the EINE and EINA.

You can create the query or custom report to get the list.
