End Date Change

Hi Gurus..

Can anyone suggest how to change the end date of customized action..

I have one customized infotype saved while Leave of absence with PAy action with incorrect End date.

Infotype was saved through dynamic action.

I am trying to change the infotype through Pa30..But End date is grayed out over there.

Please suggest how to change..

Please check U0000 for your action type in the configuration.

Hi,

You can do this

1. Go to SE16n

2. Enter the Table name

3. Enter the PERNR

4. Again on the command line, enter &SAP_EDIT and hit enter

5. click execute.

5. on the next screen, if the system allows the end date be changed, change it.... (Due to Time constraints it may not allow)..

6. Better Copy and recreate the record line with a new end date.....

7. Delete the old record....save it....

You will need sufficient authorization to do this.

or

Alternatively, change the Dynamic Action to effect the right end-date.

Next, Run the Action reason again as on the same day....and this time it should overwrite the record.

Hi

We dont have authorization for SAP_EDIT..

Secondly its seems nt possible to change dynamic action as it will effect other employees..

Is there any other way to change the end date.
