Important questions, Knowledge Transfer (KT) and documents to be asked from maintenance team?

Hello,

We are planning to take SAP BW application maintenance part from other company which is already providing support to the SAP BW.So we are taking SAP BW handover from them and I want to make sure that I do not miss on any major thing like any Information, Documents, KT etc. from them. Now they seem to be in hurry and doesn't pay attention well. Please help me in providing a checklist kind of thing so that I can ask of important stuff. Please share any related link if asked before.

    1> Blueprint prepared during implementation

    2> System Landscape details + System Architecture document

    3> KEDB (Common issues)

    4> Ongoing support issues i.e. incidents and change requests

    5> Any third party integration or interfaces

    6> Reporting details i.e. authorization matrix, broadcasting etc.

    7> Transport Procedure (if they are using charm or any other tool for approval or for change management)

    8> Incident management tool overview (SLA and priority, if its same in new contract)

    9> Documentation i.e. Functional Specs, Technical Specs, Unit Testing and UAT.

    10> Prepare your own documents after each KT session and get it reviewed from them.

    Can anyone please let me anything we can add to the KT document it will be helpful for me.
