New distribution channel

Hi experts,

Can anybody help me to create a new distribution channel as i am new to SAP.

I made the following settings successfully:

1)Defined Channel 2)Assigned Dis channel to Sal.Org

3) Set up sales area 4 ) Sales ord-Cha-Plant 5)Sales area to CCA..

6) Pricing procedure dermination.

Then i created a Sales order i m getting error as "No business area can be determined for item 000010".

Can anybody help me to create a full cycle," to create one New Distribution channel?"

Hi

Go to SPROEnterprise StructureAssignmentSales and Distribution-Business Area account assignment---Define rules by sales area.

Here you can set up the business area relevant for your sales area. There are 3 rules. If none of the rules are applicable. Put a 0 in the rule and then create the sales order.
