We are currently solutioning a business requirement to store affidavidt information on employee's domestic partners and dependents that will be covered on their health plan. The toolWe will be gathering this affidavidt confirmations electronically through the portal through a series of questions. I would like to understand what others have done in the back-end R3 for capturing that the employee has completed this process? Below is a high level requirement. Any help is appreciated.
The benefit department is performing an external audit of all dependents on any health plan provided. The external vendor is verifying dependent information and reporting the date of successful verification. We need this information stored in SAP and will maintain for any new dependents added to an employeeu2019s health plan going forward.
The benefits team will also perform audits of employees and request documentation to verify the dependent. This verification shall be stored for historical purposes..
