Roles in User Menu

The user Menu is showing roles instead of transaction in SAP .

Please let me know is it because of values in SSM_CUST table . If yes then what values should I maintain in different fields for this table to get transactions etc in User menu .

Is there any other solution to the problem of getting role in user menu ??

Maybe you need to describe your problem a bit more detailed. Are there folders in het menu with role names? Do they contain anything? Are the roles assigned singles or composites? I they're composites, what do the menus in the roles look like?

I checked my system, googled values for different ssm_cust values , i did not find any value in SSM_CUST which corresponds to your problem, it would be more helpful, if you can give more information on this, could you also check wht are the different values you have in tht table, more info would help.

Perhaps what you mean is that the user is seeing the role menu and not an area menu?

Otherwise it might be that someone set the start transaction to PFCG and they are looking at their favourite roles? Not impossible, even if highly unlikely...
