In cases where employees move from one division to another within an appraisal year, there is need for their performance against their set goals to be evaluated and documented, before they proceed to their new divisions, where they will create new goals for the rest of the appraisal year.
please, advise on how this will effectively run, whilst ensuring that the performance against both set of goals reflects in the final appraisal form. Thank you
