System Recommendations is used but the results are older than 31 days.

Hello,

I have now this message in EWA report for all systems:

System Recommendations is used but the results are older than 31 days.

I searched but did not find any clue, why is it so. There are SAP SecNotes present in System Recommendation, I checked via SLG1 - AGS_SR - all green, jobs run without issue including SM:System Recommendation.

Report was regarding System Recommendation green before.

We had no communication issue with SAP Backend.

Any clues, where to look ?
