How to do Service GRR Reverse / Cancel through ML81N

Hi,

When i m reversing the Service GRR through ML81N, we are facing the below mentioned error: -

617 Acquisition value negative in area 01 .

Kindly help me...

Hi,

The asset/asset class is not configured for negative values. If you want to allow negative values then change the configuration for asset class/asset by selecting check box "Negative values allowed".

HI,

Check & try in t. code AS02, go to depreciation areas tab and double-click on the Depr area 01.

Now set the indicator "Negative values allowed" at the bottom of the entry screen and save it.

I goto as ur gives path through AS02, but where i set the indicator "Negative values allowed". There is not any place where i set it.
