Result of item scheduling is goods issue date-Planned GI date gets changed

Hi,

I create a delivery w/o reference, and enter the Planned GI date as today's date (11/12/2009), immediately i get a message "Result of item scheduling is goods issue date 12/14/2009" and the planned GI date is getting changed to this future date.

Can any one tell me what is this error?
