Can any one explain the use of the field MVKE-PRAT1 - Product attribute 1 in sales org 2 view of Material master.

I have tried your views but still the message is not coming at the time of creation sale order. Can you elaborate the same if any other settings are required for doing this.

Hi,

It basically indicates the attribute of the product on which generally customer accepts the product.

You activate Product Attributes in Material Master sales org. 2 view and also in Customer Master "Sales" view under Sales Area data. (Click on "Product Attributes" button and activate).

In sales document type config (VOV8), you configure the "ProdAttr.messages" under "Transaction flow" subscreen.

And then accordingly you get messages during sales order creation in VA01.
