Mass manage of master data in IBP Excel

Hi - I saw on a friend's lappy for whom there is an option for mass managing the master data in excel. I couldn't find that option on my excel (which is latest, by the way). I then looked at the SAP help on this which speaks about the mass management of master data. How should I enable that in my excel?

PS: First pic shows my friend's laptop (even she doesn't know how she got that)! Second pic shows my excel where I don't see that option.

Hi Guru,

The thing is that your friend's IBP excel add-in version seems pretty obsolete and still had the Mass option on the old way.

This has been changed from a long time already, and now you should use the "Master Data Workbook" option. There you can filter out your master data accordingly and select the checkbox for "Edit".

Hi Guru,

I could not find the right parameter it enables mass master data maintenance. As per SAP excel add-in version 6.3.5.1 and EPM version SP25

Patch 3 9540 Function available for Master Data > Maintain > Mass.. and released on 2016-10-13.

SAP checked SAP help and global parameters also but not able to find the solution.

Can you check both of the machines have same IBP version excel add-in installed?

I would suggest uninstalling existing IBP excel add-in and install latest 1811 add-in would enable this function.

You can download from SAP marketplace with S-User id and downloads authorization.

Look at left master data work book and then deject the different master data yiu want to review you can add and change by selecting edit options yiu can also Maitain key figure too read some help document let me know if this works for you
