Profile update issue

Hello,

Today I was checking my SAP Community profile and I saw that my Mobile number is not up-to-date in profile.

I tried to updated my mobile number in profile area and saved it

Surprisingly .. I can see my mobile number saved there but Member since date format was something like shown below in picture...

Never mind I moved on to next tab "Communications" and came back to "Personal Info" page

I found that Phone number is missing and showing --

And I go back in edit mode under "Personal Info" and Mobile number is missing

Any Idea what can be the issue?

PS: I was logged in to system all the time performing this activity

Hey,

I can only partially reproduce what you wrote. The member since date changes format and then back after navigating, but the phone number remained saved for me both mobile and regular.

We’ll look into it, if you can submit any further info, eg browser console network logs please send it to me via DM.

Hi Yogesh,
The fix for Member Since was fixed and is live on PROD for a couple of hours now.
The Mobile number issue - I cannot reproduce.
Are you still experiencing it?
Could you perhaps send me a DM and we could work it out?
