We have a requirement where in we need to enable the Manual Actions for resending the Notifications, which are trigerred by these Actions.In order to enable Manual Actions we would need to set up Dialog Processing of Actions in IC Web.
We can find all relevant details of the same in the IMG Help on the following path in SPRO:
Customer Relationship management->Basic Functions->Actions->Actions in Transactions->Set Up Dialog Box for Actions
Under the Requirements Section:
1. You have defined an IC WebClient component for a dialog box. This component has the inbound plug IP_FROMGSACTIONS.
What does they actually mean? Do they want us to create a new Z-component for dailog box.Or is there any component already existing in the system?
Please let me know if my understanding is correct and enlighten me if I have missed something.
Kindly provide the procedure to follow, if u have already worked on this.
