Questions asked by call centre agent to be recorded.
Within the Call centre is it possible to have a series of related questions displayed and the answer recorded in text fields?. Recording the answers in text fields is no problem, but to display particular multi-answer (like answer a,b,c,d, or e)for example, is probably a little more difficult. What would be the best way of going about this?.
