Understanding SAP Lumira 2.2 Profiling

Hi All,

Working on SAP BO 4.2 SP5 with Lumira 2.2.

We have a dashboard with Universe (Based on FM's) as a data source.

While collecting performance statistics did notice that for every data source 'Start service BICS_PROVIDER_RELATIONAL_SOURCE for DSL' step getting performed which is costing approx 2 Sec for each (Total 8 Sec).

Here is the block will look like

1857 ms: Process page command SET_DATA_PROVIDER_PARAMETERS 
  1 ms: Start service MASTER_SYSTEM_SETTINGS for BOE_MASTER_SYSTEM_ALIAS  [Processing Group: GROUP_1]
  1 ms: Start service MESSAGE_MANAGER_LISTENER  [Processing Group: GROUP_1]
    1855 ms: BoeConnectorLandscape: Getting Landscape System Descriptions from CMS 
    1854 ms: Initialize data source DS_LEVEL1 (scope: <root scope>)  [Processing Group: GROUP_1]
    1854 ms: Start service BICS_QUERY_VIEW for DSL  [Processing Group: GROUP_1]
                2 ms: Get connection  [Processing Group: GROUP_1]
                1852 ms: Setup initial state  [Processing Group: GROUP_1]
                  1852 ms: Start service BICS_PROVIDER_QUERY_VIEW for DSL  [Processing Group: GROUP_1]
                    1 ms: Start service SYSTEM_CAPABILITIES for DSL  [Processing Group: GROUP_1]
                    1769 ms: Start service BICS_PROVIDER_RELATIONAL_SOURCE for DSL  [Processing Group: GROUP_1]
                      81 ms: Create DSL Query  [Processing Group: GROUP_1]
                        81 ms: Find Universe Item  [Processing Group: GROUP_1]
                          81 ms: Call Semantic Layer  [Processing Group: GROUP_1]

Also for one Data Source 'Call Semantic Layer' Step consuming 3 Sec.(For others it is less than 1 Sec).

Just want help to understand what's what is meant by

-Start service BICS_PROVIDER_RELATIONAL_SOURCE for DSL

-Start service BICS_PROVIDER_QUERY_VIEW for DSL

-Call Semantic Layer

Is the performance of the above step is normal? If not what could be areas to fine tune it?

Is there any documentation available to understand Lumira 2.2 Profiling?
