Please provide me list of important reports used in PS with T code.

Important, not important depends on business requirement. For example, some organization may use project budget, so budget related reports will be important and it is not necessary for organization which dont use budgetting functionallity....

Please find some important reports in PS;

S_ALR_87013531 - Costs/Revenues/Expenditures/Receipts

S_ALR_87013542 - Actual/Commitment/Total/Plan in CO Area Currency

S_ALR_87013557 - Budget/Actual/Variance

CJI3 - Actual Costs/Revenues

CN41N - Project structure overview

Look Tcode SAP1 and drill down SAP menu for more reports.
