Hi,

I am configuring NW server after SSM 7.0 installation. for this bootstrap.zip file is to be uploaded in database and i dont have this file. can anyone tell me where i can find this file on net?

Hi Recardo,

i don't have this bootstrap.zip in the above folder. that is the reason i gues i am undefined error while logging to strattegy/administration. i need this file. is there any place from where i can donwload this file?

Hi Anuj,

When installing Strategy Management, regardless of the version, it is important you directly install the latest available Support Package.

7.0 -> SP9

7.5 -> SP4

For the most recent Support Packages, the bootstrap.zip should be deployed through the Application Server installation file, although for MS Windows server this file is deployed with the Interactive Publisher component.

In your situation, I would redeploy the Interactive Publisher component. (run the application server installation file and make sure to flag the Interactive Publisher option).

Hi Anuj,

First of all, why are you installing SSM 7.0, when 7.5 is already available?

Anyway, for 7.0 ( and also in the first Support PAckages of the 7.5 version ) the boostrap.zip file is deployed with the Interactive Publisher installation.

You should therefore be able to find it in the InternetPub/Conf folder.
