The format of the 25-digit GUID is invalid error

Hi all,

I created an ODS and a UR for it in the development system. Then I moved this to the QA system. I had to load some data into this ODS and created an infopackage for doing so. However when I execute the infopackage, I get this error

The format of the 25-digit GUID is invalid.

The transports were all successful. with no warnings. Please can somebody help me?

Check the note 923783 may solve ur problem.

which datasource are you using?

if it is custom datasource then what are the contents of that datasource?

have you done data load in Dev? is dev as well giving same error?

Hi Sharaayu,

The datasource is an export data source generated from an infocube. The data is getting loaded into another infocube from this data source.

The data is getting loaded in the development system correctly.

reload entire data in base cube and then try loading data into new data target...

does this error specify name of any perticular infoobject? if so please check whether SID generated for that IO are correct

Guys,

The issue is solved. I created another infopackage and loaded the data. It is working fine now. However I will keep this question as unanswered since we do not know the solution to this issue.
