Hi at all,
I try to copy a form template in C4C. In the past everything worked fine, but at the moment I get always the message "Enable the administration mode for the solution".
Due to the message I checked my business user, but it is fine (admin business role is active).
Any Ideas what could be the problem?

if you log in to HTML5 is your user name in the upper right corner followed by (Development User)?

Hello all
I am also seeing this error when trying to 'Edit Screen' in Adaptation Mode (Silverlight version). I have not updated any permission / role in recent days or changed the Business Configuration. This is blocking me from making key updates to the Tickets screen. I've reached out to C4C support but no reply yet. Can you please assist?
