Costing BOM

Hi,

I got a scinario like for budgetting purpose we run LTP with costing (usage) BOM,and we defined scenario BOm selection for costing BOM also.

If we RUN LTP Finished product BOM is getting exploded for costing BOm, but the intermediate Product costing BOM is not getting exploded.

Material master setting is selection only by production version,even i added Production version for that costing BOM also in material master.

SAP behaviour shoulb be like if Costing BOM selction set in LTP scenario system will check for the costing BOM first .if it is there it will explode that costing BOM, then if no costing BOM available it will take the prodcution BOM.

Here My situation is in quality server Costing BOPM is getting exploded ,But in Production server costing BOM is not getting exploded.

i found one warning message during the prodcution version assignment in material master MRP 4.ie.during check warning message came as No matching alternate BOM exist.but green indicator comes if i try to save.

But this thing is not happening in quality server.

In customizing, Production -- Material Requirement Planning -- Planning -- BOM Explosion -- Define BOM Selection

please maintain the proper selection id (5- for your scenario)
