Hi all
We are facing an issue on SPL check, when expord documents posted in to GTS.
whenever I creating a sales document with partner functions (Here i am using different customers for partner function), system throwing a popup message that legal business partner is required. If I press ok, contract can be created and custom document also generated in GTS system. And posted as Technically incomplete. But note that all the customers used in sales document are already available in GTS as Business partners without any block
Suppose, same customer is assigned for all the partner functions, I am not facing any issues. As well custom document created is without any technical issues.
Need your help on this. What could be the possible reason ?

Hi Balu,
Check your mapping, and try to retransfer partner to GTS from your feeder system.
Re-try.

Hi Balu,
Kindly check the following
1. Mapping of R/3 partner functions in GTS
2. Application transfer log of partners which are available on the order.. Maybe some issue with the partner mastering.. attempt manually retransferring the partner from R/3 to GTS and then retransfer the order again.
Let me know if this works ... else provide the precise message that appears in the Technically Incomplete logs.

You need to have ALL the partner functions existing in the sales order mapped to GTS, even those you dont have in GTS and dont want to be checked. If you have for example the contact person in the document, which is a personal number in R3, thus not existing in GTS, you have to map this partner function in GTS to partner role NA = not relevant for example. Only then the document will be complete.

1. So sold to party is different to others partner functions? Which partner functions is it?
2. Is your partner functions mapping correctly set up in the customizing?
Exact pop up message would help as well.
