Central configuration transaction for Change Request Management

Hello all,

I am searching everywhere for the Central Configuration Transaction for Change Request Management. SAP Documentation speaks about it, without telling how to access it, and I can't find this information anywhere.

I need to see where the BTC_CMS_COLLECTOR job is configured, do one of you know where to do that in SolMan ?

Could you please provide the extraction of the SAP docs which speaks about the Central Configuration Transaction? To find out the background job, refer the background jobs section under Service Desk in SPRO.

you can get an overview in the CHARM Workcenter (=>SPS15)

the CHARM config you can access via the IMG (SPRO / Scenario Specific / Change Request Management)

here you can do the manuyl config of the CHARM (if not via SOLMAN_SETUP)

The creation of CR (Change Requests) can be done later on via CRMD_ORDER for instance or the IC_WEBCLIENT (CRM_IC)
