Hi, I'm working in an upgrade from a system with SAP 4.6c, Informix 7.31 and Solaris 8 to SAP ECC 6.0, Oracle 10.1 and Solaris 10.
Is it possible to realize an export from source sytem to final system with different versions of SAP and DBs?
Best regards.
Not at all !
What you wrote is not a SAP upgrade.
In your scenario you must first do an Heterogeneous system copy to SAP 4.6C, Solaris 10 and Oracle 10.2.0.2 (minimun) you cannot go to Oracle 10.1.
Then after this is done and everything is working fine, you can begin with the SAP Upgrade process to ERP 6.0 with the lattest EHP.
You could go to the URL service.sap.com/upgrade and read all related documentation.
Have a nice day.

Hi Leon,
You need to perform OS-DB migration. Check https://websmp209.sap-ag.de/osdbmigration.
For this you need OS-DB Migration Certified consultant.
Thanks
