customize f4 help

Hello,

I want f4 help for this textbox but the thing is I can get f4 from the ddic but I want to customize it and see only some of the values in my f4 help not all of them.please advise.

I got all the values i need on f4 in my internal table , iz there anyway I can bind this table to search help, if so how?

Hi ,

If you want to see only limited values in Search help , then you can limit those values using Search Help exit.

Create one Search help exit and filter the contents which you dont want to show there.

You have a couple of choices. If this is a data dictionary search help, you could create your own version of the search help itself and perhaps use a search help exit to alter the results. If you want complete control over how the search help works, you could always create your own from scratch using the freely programmed search help type - basically a custom WD Component.
