Hi Monika,

you could use the analysis item modification called 'Column width module' explained here:

It´s important to set up every column or use the default parameter.

There´s a parameter for line breaking also, please look up note 1292696.

You just reduce the Length of the TEXT in Column Header.

I am not manually giving the names(text) but it is coming as it is present in the object in the cube.

No, if you want to limit the width of a column, you'll have to use the report designer. In the WAD it can't be done.

It can not be done in the query designer, it can only be done in the REPORT designer. This is a different tool used to format your reports in more detail. It is available in BI 7.0.
