Version indicator checkbox in MRP view

I have created production version but version indicator checkbox gets checked only when i press check button inside production version.

Hi,

Can you let us know how you're creating the PV (via Mtl master i.e. MRP-4 / Work scheduling view or via C223 or via some Z program or were these uploaded from some other method like LSMW etc).

Also just do a test, open a mtl in edit mode (MM02) which does not have a PV, enter a prod ver id, give it a description & validity & continue dont specify any other details. Now when you come back to MRP-4 or WS view, do you find the indicator ticked ?

HI Vivek

Iam creating production version through Z-development using Functional module.

In order to solve issue, I have added one more functional module after creating production vertion.

'CM_FV_PROD_VERS_DB_UPDATE'

There is no need to press CHECK button in material master.

Issue resolved

Mayuresh,

The production version check box gets ticked once a production version is created for a material, it does not need to have the production version checked.

Added to above experts replies

1) check the vaild dates & check the consistence check in PV itself

2) both BOM & Roting/rate-routing should have green lights

Dear Mayuresh,

In my understanding once after entering the production version and its decription and just simply press enter the version check

box gets included automatically.

Even without assigning any BOM or task list in my understanidng this check box gets activated.

Please check and correct me if I'm wrong.
