Hi All

We have been live for about 6 months, Now we have a scenario where we need to write file to a sql database. I have read post that tells me to intsall the jdbc drivers, In one of the post they say we need to change the secure sore from oracle to sql? Is this going to avect the way the system work currently? Any help on jdbc receiver would be appreciated still a bit confused on where to begin.

Regards

Hi Stephan,

We use the JDBC adapter and the experiences so far are very good.

I think that if you read the standard JDBC adapter documentation on sap.help.com, you will see that the installation and configuration is pretty straight forward.

I expect that there's no need to change any settings on your DB in order to use this adapter unless you have very specific requirements...

Regards,

Rob
