Conditions (pricing) report

I'm looking for a report that will show me the current price and the previouse price, and when and by whom it was changed.

Goto VK13 any condition type.........after viewing the records.....click on Environment ---> Changes -

---

> Change Report....

enter from to date and run u get all condition types whatever the value was changed by which user even including time......
