FM - No superior budget object is defined for 1000000000 / 101110

Hi,

I am setting up Budget Structure and encountered error message - Message no. BP300 - "No superior budget object is defined for 1000000000 / 101110".

The environment is Former Budgeting with Year-Dependent Commitment Items and Funds Centers. Funds Center is 1000000000 and Commitment Item is 101110. Even with both these Funds Center and Commitment Item maintained with superior funds center and superior commitment item, this error is still there. What else must be done?
