SOS- Can we use wild cards for user entry in Questionnaire???

Dear All,

I am working on SAP Security Optimization Self-Service. I am filling up the questionnarie.

The one of the question has asked information about user administrators.

We have around 40 user administrators. All are starting with naming convetion BC_*.

So can we use the wild cards like below Or we need to enter separate user ID in each row??

Client -

User ID

400 BC_*

Please advise.

You can try it with "SAP*" in a client before creating the users, and see whether SAPCPIC is returned.

Anyway, I would not recommend renaming super user's just to be able to report on them. Rather try the user groups (the reporting ones, a multiple of which a user can be assigned to simultaneously).

Cheers,

Julius

I think you should ask the person who is going to work with the results from this questionnaire.
