Hi,
I have a problem where one of the user-ids used to login to our application is loading a blank screen. [Till recently this same user-id was working fine.]Other users are able to login to the application from the same terminal so this doesnt look like a software/hardware problem.
I have tried reassigning the roles to this user but this has bourne no fruit. I was wondering if any configuration checks need to made for this user id. Also i was thinking whether deleting the entire user id and creating a new one would help?[Pls also confirm whether deleting and recreating is not just a quick fix solution]

Try Checking whether the user SAP ID is locked.

Have a look at the permissions of the user in question and when logging into the portal with this user id, check for the log files.
