Deployed EAR file is not visible in portal 7.5

Hello Experts,

We have downloaded Standard masthead WAR file from portal and did some modifications in ECLIPSE to display server time (immediate left side to the logoff link).

We have deployed the file in Portal 7.5 server and it was successful.

But the deployed file is not shown under portal applications.

Please guide me what would be the case and how to resolve the same.

Please find attached document for your reference and please suggest me.

Have you user the PAR migration tool?
