pre and post migration activities

Hi my BI system 7.3 is now moving from normal server to cloud server what are all the checklist or activities to be performed in both ECC and BW before and after migration. please let me know. This is only server migration not a system migration or update. Can you please let me know the steps on both sides. Awaiting reply ……..
