I can think of the following being impacted since they use OSS
- Not able to forward support incidents to SAP from solution manager. functionality of ITSM would be limited in that case.
- Not able to forward EarlyWatch Alerts session data to SAP and use that information in the EWA Workspace (cloud application) - blog https://blogs.sap.com/2017/08/15/sap-earlywatch-alert-workspace-gain-an-overview-on-your-system-landscape-health/
- Service definitions which functions that are used by SDCCN to process EWAs and other service reports cannot download from SAP. However you can download the service definition files using SAP Note 727998.
-Transferring Solution data (7.1 solman) or system data (7.2 solman) to SAP is not possible. This is used to book services with SAP. However I believe there might be a workaround for high secured customers. If you do book a service this is something that would be discussed then.
