Hi One and all,
I log in to portal and accessing ESS. When I go to personal Information, am un-able to get personal data, address, bank information, family members, personal file.
The error is "PAGE NOT FOUND NOT AVAILABLE"
How can I solve this?

There are two reasons :
1. The RESOURCE for SERVICE is not pointing to the correct PCD locations or iview/page,
2. Users do not have authorizations on the pages/iview/folder.
If you are unable to see the service links itself there are 2 reasons
1. Check if the user has country grouping MOL parameter in user parameter settings SU01
2. Check if you have not used a user login for the model JCo connections. You need to use a logon ticket.
