j2ee_admin Portal login problem

In the Portal,

URL = http://sapserver:50100/irj/portal

I could not able to login using j2ee_admin user...

I am not getting any error...

I was using this user 3 hours before... i dont know what had happened....

Please help....

Hi Sathya,

Try to login to the portal with another user and go to user admin and see if the j2ee_admin user is locked or blocked.

I could not able to view User Administration Page Properly....

URL: http://sapserver:50100/irj/portal

Login to the portal

Navigate to User Administration Tab and then navigate to Identity Management Page....

The following error message is displayed:

Error

You are not authorized to access this application; contact your system administrator

Link: Modify your own profile is displayed where only user details is displayed . and we cant able to do any Modification.

Please give solution to recover...

Dear Sathya,

Try this, go to -->config tool.bat --> edit mode -->cluster_data -->server -->cfg -->services -->property sheet of com.sap.security.core.ume.service -->find the property ume.superadmin.activate = TRUE

Now when you log to the portal with any user it have admin credentials.

Unlock the user admin, change the password and then put the property ume.superadmin.activate again in false
