Changes done in MDM data manager not reflected in catalogue UI

Hello All,

I have changed the contract to "Absolute" in MDM Data manager. But it was not reflected in the catalogue search .

The absolute contracts was still available.

Could you please some tell me the procedure to get the changes done in the data manager to get reflected in the catalogue UI search.

HI,

If I have understood your issue,you do not want to display the absolute contracts in Catalog.

THen in this case u can use Mask

Create a mask in DAta Manager say Mask 1.

Now select the in search criteria in Data MAnager select only the valid contracts and add to mask

Now in console iunder Roles Table apply this mask 1 as constraint for catalog user role.

IN SRM EBP setting also mention the name of mask

restart the catalog engine and then u can see the changes in the catalog
