Hi Experts
When Webtools was first installed on our SAP B1 system it was able to send Delivery Notes and Sales Order documents for EVERY order which went on the system (not just the Web orders). At some point a setting has been changed and it no longer sends anything to either Web cutomers or regular orders.
I have check that the SMTP service is still running on the webtools server and that we are not blocking the server from sending via Port 25, but I am not sure where to look in the Administration settings to check that it is set up correctly or what those config settings should be.
Thanks in advance.
Jon
I have done some further testing and it would seem that Webtools is not even generating the messages that get dropped into the C:\Inetpub\mailroot\pickup folder. I tested this by turning off the the SMTP service, creating an email campaign and sending it. I would have expected the email to drop into the folder and stay there but nothing happened at all.
I don't have any settings at all apart from ticked boxes in the Admin > Setup > Config page of my webtools settings

Go to the Messaging setup screen in WebTools ... Setup - Config Settings - Messaging (dropdown) and make sure you have 25 in the SMTPHostPort field and 110 in POPServerPort.
The error message indicates it's trying to convert a string to a number and these are the only 2 places I know that should be numbers.
