SLA configuration issue

Hi all,

I'm trying to configure SLA for Service Desk and i'm facing a problem with it. I have followed configuration steps discribed in both SLA's made easy in SAP Solution Manager and Service Desk fo Service Providers guides, but still confused about it :

- When creating my product I can't assign any Sales Organization in the Sales and Distribution tab of the product service

- When creating a service desk contract, in the organization tab, i've got the Organizational Unit determined under Organizational Data Sales, but no Sales organization (the field below) nor Distribution channel.

Does someone already get this resolved ?
