which Table includes field FESKZ (Fixed source of supply) I need to figure out which PIR has is flagged for Fixed source of supply.

I think you are looking at the Source List related Fixed vendor Indicator. If so please check table EORD, Field FEBEL. If you are looking related to Info- record Table EINA - Field RELIF.
