System error occurred during lock management return message from BAPI_MATPHYSINV_COUNT

I'm trying to input a file with a bunch of materials into the inventory, but the last ones aways return this error message. My workaround is to divide the file in smaller parts and run it several times. How can I avoid this kind of problem?
