not able to view the unapproved time entries of the employees

Hi,

A Line Manager was not able to view the unapproved time entries of the employees. Upon checking, Employees do not have a specific workgroup. They are tagged as UNKNOWN so time approver should be able to view their time entries.

What do you think is the issue?
