HCM Performance Management -- Predefined Process

I have a business requirement -- the customer would like to use the pre-defined process to leverage the team calibration available in EhP4. The appraisal process will be initiated and completed in the flexible performance process. Can the pre-defined be used only for the team calibration? If so, how do we transfer the final ratings (FAPP) from the flexible process template to the pre-defined process template?

In EhP4, the delivered calibration is available for pre-defined only. For flexible process, you can use the delivered calibration available in the BSP.

Hi Chris

The SAP note 1351874 (Transferring performance values and potential values ) gives a very good explaination of how to fill infotype 7408 and 7409 values if you choose to use flexible appraisal template.
